Do I need to have AI or technical expertise to work with you?
Not at all. We handle all the technical complexity — model selection, engineering, integration, and deployment. We do need you to understand your own business processes and goals, which you already do. We translate your business needs into AI solutions, not the other way around.
How long does it take to see results?
Most clients see measurable results within the first 2–4 weeks of deployment. Simpler automations can deliver ROI within days. More complex AI agents and predictive models typically show full impact within 60–90 days as the systems learn and stabilize on your data.
Will your AI solutions work with the tools we already use?
In almost all cases, yes. We have pre-built connectors for Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Shopify, Zendesk, and 50+ other platforms. For custom tools, we build API integrations as part of the engagement.
Which AI models do you work with?
We work across all major frontier models — OpenAI GPT-4o, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and select open-source models where appropriate. Model selection is based on your specific use case, data sensitivity requirements, and cost profile. We are model-agnostic and always recommend what is best for you.
Is our data safe when you build AI systems?
Yes. We implement data security best practices throughout every engagement — including data minimization, encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and audit logging. For sensitive industries (healthcare, legal, finance), we design specifically around compliance requirements and can operate entirely within your own cloud environment.
What does a free AI audit include?
A 60–90 minute discovery session where we map your current processes, identify automation and AI opportunities, and model the potential ROI for the top 3–5 use cases. You receive a written summary with our recommendations and a proposed engagement scope — at no cost, with no obligation to proceed.
How are your engagements priced?
We offer three models: fixed-fee project engagements (Automation Sprint from $3,500; AI Transformation from $9,800), and ongoing AI Partnership retainers priced based on scope. All pricing is discussed and agreed before any work begins. No surprise bills.
What happens after the project is delivered?
All engagements include a post-launch support period (30 days for Sprint, 90 days for Transformation). AI Partnership clients receive continuous optimization and support. We also offer standalone maintenance and monitoring retainers for clients who want ongoing peace of mind without a full partnership.
